The release presents the reader with the description of Soames and his married woman Irene s d internal in their house. The germ calls them a gay pair a wife and a husband world one person. But is it the truth? Its just irony. During the repast they hadnt said a word. Only at the end of the portrayal Soames wanted to brake intolerable silence. Irene was a beautiful woman. In the description of her appearance the former created a delicate portraying of Irene with the help of such epithets amber-colored hair, fair skin and dark falsify eyes and rosy light made her more attractive. She was so silent and pensive that Soames was annoyed. Probably she was keeping silence because she snarl up uncomfortable with her own husband. At the same date Soames couldnt find show up the reason for it. And he didnt deal it because like a square businessman he use to talk ab prohibited his flow and deals even at the dining compartment time. Soames didnt like any exceptions. It meant that some social function was out of his control.

As the reader could noticed the author described the inner of dining room in detail to show Soamess character, his relish for luxury (at the handsome rosewood table they dined without a deflect ) - as Galsworthy said a distinguishing elegance every affair on the table: deep tints, the starry, soft-petalled roses, the ruby-coloured glass and quaint flamboyant furnishing made him happy and more vain. The reader could see that theres tangled rela tions between them. Soames regarded Irene as! a beautiful constitution of his collection included silver, pictures , houses, investments. And the reader feels it due to Soamess inner thoughts which the author gave us. He images a perfectly served table and Irene sat at it. This image gave him a feeling of superiority one of his pleasant feelings. Also he regarded Irene as a thing which could be conquered and possessed and had a right to own.
